1. INTRODUCTION

Welcome to Leman Roiste’s Funded Trader Program (the “Program”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your participation in the Program, provided by Leman Consulting, LLC (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

By enrolling in the Program, you agree to comply with these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not participate in the Program.

2. PROGRAM OVERVIEW

The Funded Trader Program is designed to help traders gain access to funded trading accounts through proprietary trading firms (“prop firms”). Participants pay an enrollment fee to access multiple funded accounts, which are traded using our proprietary automated trading algorithm.

The Program consists of two phases:

  1. Phase 1 (Prop Firm Funding) – Participants receive funding through prop firms, where we trade on their behalf using an algorithmic strategy.
  2. Phase 2 (Live Accounts & Long-Term Growth) – Over time, participants transition to live prop firm accounts and personal trading accounts for long-term wealth building.

3. PROGRAM FEES & NO-RISK GUARANTEE

3.1 Enrollment Fee
  • The standard enrollment fee is $10,000, but previous clients may qualify for a discounted rate of $5,000.
3.2 No-Risk Refund Guarantee

We offer a 100% no-risk guarantee. You may request a refund at any time, and we will refund your enrollment fee minus any profits earned from the funded accounts.

Refund Example:

  • If you request a refund before earning any profits, you receive a full refund.
  • If you’ve already earned $3,000 in payouts, your refund would be $5,000 - $3,000 = $2,000.
  • Once you have earned at least $5,000 in profits, the enrollment fee is considered covered, and no refund will be provided.
3.3 No Additional Hidden Fees
  • Your funded account fees are included in your enrollment fee.
  • Profit splits with prop firms vary based on firm agreements.
  • You may choose to increase your funding at any time for an additional cost.

4. HOW PROP FIRMS WORK

  • Traders must pass a prop firm challenge to prove trading consistency.
  • 90% of independent traders fail these challenges, losing their fees.
  • Our automated trading algorithm manages the challenge for you, ensuring higher success rates.
  • Once funded, traders receive a percentage of profits while prop firms take a share.
  • If a trader becomes too profitable, prop firms may impose limits or transition accounts.

Our strategy maximizes short-term profits while ensuring long-term sustainability through live accounts.

5. ACCOUNT MANAGEMENT & TRADING STRATEGY

5.1 Trading Algorithm & Risk Management
  • Our algorithm handles all trading, ensuring compliance with prop firm risk parameters.
  • Each of your funded accounts trades differently to stay compliant with prop firms.
  • Profits are distributed based on the profit-sharing agreement with each prop firm.
5.2 Scaling to Larger Accounts
  • After multiple payouts, traders can transition to live accounts (e.g., TopStep’s $150K live funding).
  • Traders can stack multiple funded accounts across various prop firms to scale to $8M+ in funding.

6. EXPECTED TIMELINES & PAYOUTS

6.1 Initial Funding Timeline
  • Challenge completion: ~2 weeks
  • First funded account payout: ~2 additional weeks
  • Estimated first payout: ~$25,000 across 5 accounts within the first month
  • Estimated second-month payout: ~$50,000
6.2 Withdrawal Policy
  • We take regular withdrawals to minimize risk.
  • Prop firms have withdrawal limits and payout cycles—these vary by firm.
  • You are responsible for providing accurate payout details to receive profits.

7. CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES

By enrolling, you agree to:
✅ Provide accurate personal and financial details for setting up funded accounts.
✅ Follow program guidelines to maintain account eligibility.
✅ To remit our 20% management fee upon receiving your prop firm payouts.
✅ Maintain compliance with prop firm terms & conditions.

🚨 Failure to follow guidelines may result in lost funding, for which we are not responsible.

8. DISCLAIMER & LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

  • Trading involves risk. There is no guarantee of specific profits.
  • We are not responsible for prop firm rule changes affecting payouts or account status.
  • We do not control third-party prop firms and cannot guarantee funding approvals.
  • We are not liable for financial losses incurred due to trading risks, prop firm decisions, or unforeseen market conditions.

9. TERMINATION & MODIFICATION OF TERMS

We reserve the right to terminate or modify these Terms at any time.

  • If a client interferes with our trading by placing unauthorized trades or mismanaging the funded accounts we manage, their accounts may be suspended or terminated.
  • If we detect fraudulent or abusive behavior, we may deny service and withhold access to our program.

Changes to our terms or policies will be communicated via email or through our website.
